Episode Summary

Both Democrats and Republicans are trying hard to get the votes of working people. In 2020 Joe Biden won 57% of union households nationwide compared with 40% for Donald Trump. Trump did better among union households in 2020 than he did in 2016. Republicans hope to make more inroads in the upcoming elections. On this Labor Day weekend  we’ll talk with some union members from Florida about elections, jobs, organizing and the state of Working America.
